Eligibility requirements(※) | ?University graduate or equivalent academic ability. - Able to respond to inquiries and make phone calls with proper etiquette as a working professional. -Experience in financial and accounting work at educational and research institutions such as national universities (Experience using a dedicated accounting system that complies with university accounting is desirable.) (It would be better if there is one.) ?Ability to converse in simple English is desirable ?Ability to perform basic operations on a PC (Windows OS). - Among business applications (Microsoft Office), Word can create documents with tables and figures inserted, and can perform mail merge from external data. Excel can utilize functions (multiple nesting) to process and compare data according to the situation, and perform calculations such as spreadsheets. - Have the initiative to deepen understanding of the work in question. - Ability to work overtime of 1-2 hours/day during busy periods. |
